a Lenovo Y740 is about $1400 and is a whole lot more powerful than ANY Macbook. The video coding you are doing is either an AMD or NVidia code so Mac aka Apple doesnt have an exact rendering it must use an emulator for conversion to Apples protocol. That Lenovo has a whole lot more software available for it and if you think a Mac cant get a virus I have a bridge on the surface of the sun ill sell you cheap.
