You have to delete all your d2 characters ( dont worry they wont be deleted for real it"s a bug ;) ) , after that just reinstall d2,
patch the game etc ~~ , then create a normal character with a random name in a random acc , enter a game and type this command /reload deleted *accname
then you can log out and log back in your account and you will see alot of games and people , everyone did this and all playing in the new refreshed server nowadays,
