Swervin is the one that is going to be fucked by the police, he's the one stealing credit cards and purchasing things illegally with them. That's fraud, among numerous other things (identity theft, etc etc). Crossing state boundaries on that shit = federal offense. And the police in New York don't fuck around with that shit. well its one thing to prank call.. its another thing to keylog a kid and use their credit card numbers. across state lines too, can prolly get you 5-10 years + at max.
