i don't have the time or desire to go through all of your posts and point out fallacies, but i'll pick on a couple:

you could say that i misinterpreted your intent (although i still stand by what i said), but your intent is not objectively able to be determined from reading forum posts.. some inferences can be drawn more subjectively than others, but again, there is no true way to completely objectively determine your intent. it isn't a matter of sorting out "perceptions" and "reality" here - any conclusion i draw will be subjective and my opinion since your intent cannot be scientifically tested
that said, i think it's pretty obvious to everyone what you're trying to do here and for you to disagree with that is just to play stupid
Uh.. do you even know what science is? It doesn't even remotely apply in any way to what you're referring to, but yes,
someone's intent(Emphasis on underlined) could be "scientifically" tested by just asking them, and them giving a honest answer, and since that is what you're attempting to figure out, you have just came to the conclusion that said person giving answer is correct and ergo a fact, only question that remains is whether or not that lines up with your preconceived notion of that person's intent.
Also, you didn't point out any logical fallacies in the post you are referring to, do you even know what a logical fallacy is? All you did was claim something was fallacious, you did not mention in what type of fallacy or in what way it was fallacious.
I just thought I'd point out that you guys are crying like little bitches (figuratively) over someone (or some people) posting derogatory statements about some guy who died who the majority of you did not know in real life. Also point out this thread is on a public forum, as in anyone can see this, as in anyone can make an account and reply with anything they want, as in anyone can state their opinion, as in you could state your own opinion too, but belittling someone just because they "insulted" (enclosed in parenthesis because the person is dead, ergo you can not accurately determine if it is an insult to that person) some random dead person says quite a bit about yourself (Hierarchically speaking, you would be categorized as worse than that person you are belittling) .
