I dont think u get that using widow on a barb is always dumb vs anyone decent[so no suprise it works vs tbs] but still...

bow barb is nice vs those running chars like hdins spamming in circles, or trap sins, or bow zons, or bad smiters, the ones that sit tight and shift smite the air hopping that someone will get in their range
special with lvl 55 enchant
of course you dont get to use it when facing modders since they will teleport on your feet
