Ya there is peeps that do bench more than me ofc, but from how I look at it these nerdlings in this section get big as fuck with me when they are all weak scrawny little homo's who've never felt a woman's pussy juice. Its my job to show them whats up and put them in their place. :)

slow controlled repititions with lower weights - makes more resistance to the muscles (aenorobic exercise) creates that tone lean muscle whilst strength lifting (what these gorillas do) creates bulk- generally gross/not near as flexible/strong/controlled as lean muscle

Im a human tank I do pushup's as well after a chest routine atleast 120 after each chest workout. In splits though not in a row to burned. I hit my back about 30 min each day. Im a machine come at me people.

just letting you know at the rate you're working out (assuming from what you're saying) you're going to destroy your body for when you turn 35-40
