If using a phase blade base, you do not need any additional off hand attack speed. If using a zerker axe, you'll need 20ias off weapon. This can come from any source you choose.
Highlords or some gg crafted smiter gloves is a popular choice for those that use zerker for weapon of choice. :) GL!
