Sounds fun but I don't like the idea of changing golem slow and removing delays, especially from shadow master

its the teleport after the cano that is not randomly delayed, ofc u need to wait around 100 frames iirc to cast another cano. Same for shadowmaster, u have to wait a lot to recast another shadowmaster. Still, if people complained it can be indiviually (per skill) restored to the default behaviour. But with the ultra-low ping u won't foh... at all.

The eud2pk u played on had this btw... Xd it just took a lot to be implemented in 1.14b without glitches.

The delay between casting of those skills didnt change, its the teleport delay after casting cano or foh was removed (so that you can always successfully teleport after casting foh and cano, and nn battleping 'n shit)
same with shadow master and hurricane, still got delay between casting two, but you can immediately teleport after casting them, thats what ''no delay'' means

make the mules read only and they dont need to be refreshed every 2 hours

Ah, OK, I misunderstood it. In that case it sounds fine.
I imagined casting shadow masters like golems which would be very broken.
