Endo, use dawn dishwashing liquid. Use it straight w/o any water, lather the whole area up (you may need a couple of drops of water) and then rinse it off. If this doesn't get it all, let it completely dry(10-15 min) and then use one of the degreasing hand cleaners such as goop. You'll have to rub it in a bit but that should get it all. Be sure the hand cleaner has lanolin or one of the other moisturizers or be sure to rub the whole area down with jergens or such."
