well on LoD, there is a two page long list of rules for a BAD MANNER duel... which makes no sense since bad manner is supposed to mean no rules.
The reason for that list is because there are a lot of ways to make yourself nearly invincible (max absorb % for a svs, necro reviving brutes, etc.)
Classic doesn't have any such rule set because there is no way to make your characters cheaply invincible like that.
of course you can, you can get 90 all res and stack cr into oblivion
there are rules in europe classic
juv, im/walls on nec is just horrible ^^
