The PSU is overkill. The Mobo is way fucking overkill. Dude there are no features to justify spending $300 on a mobo. Stick with the founders edition and just get a water cooling kit for it as you get a far better quality chip with a founders edition, and will get much more consistent overclocks because of it.

theres no consistant evidence that founders edition chips are binned better.

Uh, yes there is? Been proven time and time again. I even prefer aftermarket cards myself but FE is still king of the stable overclock.
