Chance to hit would be at 5% unfortunately, with max block it's impossible, but if it somehow happened it would be the most insane miraculous kill in history, it is doofus after all, nothing is impossible...
You could easily level 30 this guy though, even without hybrids. By the looks of it this guy is so dumb you could Iron Maiden and Bone Prison him and he would smite his way out of it
