PC: Windows 7 with core 2 processor (poverty) dell

Have downloaded the game over a dozen times

Deleted it one day and repurchased it about 3 weeks later with zero issues, download went fine.

Now, deleted it a week or 2 so ago (idr)

Tried redownloading it from my battle.net account and it will download, the d2, then when I go to click on the "play now" it will just refresh itself and won't ask for my cd key or anything.

It will show the diablo 2 icon after I download it. Then I will click "play now" and it will just refresh the logo screen. It isn't even the small d2 icon when the game ACTUALLY installs. For inst ance, the part I am having trouble with is when the game is downloaded but then is supposed to ask for your CD key, mine doesn't ask for any key just refreshes itself doing nothing.
