That's not "Hair" that's someone completely different, but I thought the same thing at first when I dueled them.

He's the owner of the GOA guild (not sure exact verbatim) which has nothing to do with Hair I belive.

I think its the leader of this guild, A few of his accounts had "GOA" in them but maybe you guys are right since you personally know hair.

He was telling me how he frequently gets BM'd because of GOA
