clearly tier 2 here imo, considering most the ppl in tier3 i beat regularly on d2d or d2pk. It looks ok though i guess, although i consider 13ryan a better dueler than botan if its in order idk also sxtitan/jer should be tier 1 imo. Who are you anyways?
