My offer is 1000 FG for a pokemon master who's been active in the community the past 5 years who will add me on discord and answer my random questions and guide me to becoming the next leader of Team Rocket IRL.

E.g.

1. Best and biggest communities? Forums, discords, orgs and sub-reddits?
2. Is smogon fun? Is pokemon showdown where real battlers go?
3. I have a powersaves 3DS and a CFW-able Nintendo Switch OLED. How can I make FG through mons? What other marketplaces are there? Ideally the best marketplace is a subreddit with a Wiki with all the links I need including breeding, IV, training guides, etc.
4. Is there a market for items? I.e. choice items, rare items obtainable only through grinds, raids and events, etc.
5. Do previous pokemon games have mechanics that enable easier creation of legit pokemon? I know hyper training was re-created in SV but there must be some games with legacy features that prove to be superior
6. Do non-legit pokemon and shinies even sell? I bought shinies and non legit mons on here before, do they even sell on reddit and other marketplaces?
7. How big are these markets?

Also, another big question is, do non-legit mons ever get flagged? Can you get banned from Pokemon Home/Pokemon Bank/Switch Online (easily?)? It's funny cause Nintendo has all this DRM stuff but their consoles are always the first to be hacked.

I think they do track hacked Pokémon I got a hacked froakie in my alt account so guess I’ll find out soon

I've never had an issue running hacked mons however I never tried using something outside the confines of what is possible. I.e. modded stats to be higher than they should be, a Weedle that knows Fire Blast, those sorts of things.
