The first 4 do not exist in PLA unfortunately. As it's been 3 days since you posted, i assume you're far enough along to get all of these anyways in just a few minutes.
Togepi can be found in the Crimson Mirelands around Cottonsedge Prarie. Almost always spawns in the little meadow with Petilil around it. Also two Togetic are flying around the area as well.
Cleffa can be found in the Coronet Highlands around the Fabled Spring. It might take a couple trips to find a Cleffa. They don't spawn every time, but they are fairly common anyways.
Glaceon can be gotten by evolving an Eevee near the Ice Rock in Alabaster Icelands, it is sitting under the ice between the Pearl Settlement and Heart's Crag. You can also get it by evolving with an Ice Stone.
Leafeon can be gotten by Evolving an Eevee near the Moss Rock in the Obsidian Fieldlands. It is sitting due west of the Grandtree Arena.
