Need a legit rotom in Moon. Without the bank, don't think you can have a legit one.

With the qr scanner you can catch just about any pokemon it's just a matter of time. I got you regardless once p bank is up.

QR scanner is only 28 specific Pokemon... 4 different ones based on which day of the week it is, and each of the 4 is on one of the different islands. For instance I believe mele island is the three gen 2 starters, horsea, marill, and 2 others that I can't recall.

It's the polar opposite of random.
