So Ive been concerned not knowing my account information incase I somehow get logged out or get a new phone. My buddy installed go and created everything, I have no idea if it's a google or trainer club account, i don't know if there's a password I have no idea how any of that works since I didn't create my account.

I tried doing a password recovery on trainer club and Google and it said there's no accounts by my email. Any information would be much appreciated.
