It has dragon breath and dragon claw.. Thing is, its only 786.

I also have a dratini which is around 73-93% IV and a 102 dratini with 100% IV..

Idk whats more worth. what would you guys do? Personally i think its better sticking to the certain since its almost perfect?

From what I have read, IV's don't carry over through evolution's, neither do sizes.

I'm confused as to how dumb someone can be as to post untrue facts in a thread on the internet. Especially a fact that can be proven within the first five seconds of googling.
