I'm curious if the bots are back at it, or if Niantic has done a decent job at shutting it all down?

And have they activated a Warden?

lol idk anything about pokemon go.... ill google it :(

warden is a banning tool/program developed by blizz for certain blizz games, like d2.

Blizz has nothing to do with pokemongo, and they dont use Warden.
