i think eggs is under 20km/hr from what i heard.

not sure about spawning pokemon.

i know stops you can just spin as you go by it

300m every 60 secs is in a straight line, will count 18 or so kms an hour, i got a cemetery near my house, that has 2.5 kms in roadways i hatch a few eggs and hit about 20 stops in while doing it

haveing a lure module will increase pokemon spawn about 1-2 per 2 min, if more pople = populated area you will get many many more than 1-2 per min you also need to be walking
adding all this movement lure- module, incense, walking in populated area will increase the probability of pokemon per min
