According to one source, lick is 20dps, and zen headbutt is less: http://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/pokemon/143

Yet other sources say zen headbutt is better.

I have a snorlax that has high CP and could be somewhere between 50 and 95% IV (not sure yet). Perfect second move. But he has zen headbutt. Not sure if good?

I think it has to do with the types of pokemon that is is good/bad against and avg all out
