Caught 2 today. Found one with 90% IV & perfect moveset. Spent over 40k dust to take it from 46CP to 1400-ish CP. Still need more dust.

Dragonite and gyarados are all that spawn around here (Vancouver). Water and mountains. They're rare but other rare stuff never shows up (no venosaur, no charizard).

Use a calculator, enter in certain values, and you get the IV. Usually it's a range (sucks when it says 20-90% since that's a huge range).

What I've heard (and I don't know) is that 0% IV and 100% IV is like an 8% difference in overall power. So it might not matter much.

ah ok, is there a way to narrow it down more?
