What is everyone in here taking about?

There is a green/orange/red circle (depending on difficulity to catch) on your pokemon when u throw a pokeball at it.

The smaller the circle is, the greater XP rewards you get if you catch the pokemon on that throw - In case your pokeball lands inside the circle.

Nice - 10 XP bonus
Great - 50 XP bonus
Excellent - 100 XP bonus

And then if you spin your pokeball, you can make a curve ball which grants 10 XP bonus.

Curve ball doesn't stack, so you are better off just throwing a straight ball and getting great - excellent.

haha you must be new to pokemon go

weedle is the hardest to get a bonus on, and you can only get "nice" due to a bug from his size.

I find zubat is hardest to hit. Always looks like I'm hitting him when I'm not.
