does it really bother any one else? my friend and I get so fucked up from the wind when trying to catch pokemon. it forces curve balls for some reason. i think turning on ar could help by putting the pokemon in the corner of your screen so it curves to it but... god damn if that is an intended feature for the wind to fuck up throws, fuck the guy who came up with that idea.

turn ar off
spin ball in big counter clockwise circles, release on right side of screen
always curve ball, most of the time hits pokemon
thats how i do it, so never effected by wind

nice, i might have to start doing that. seemed viable but takes longer/harder to do

i guess ill have to waste some pokeballs trying to get that method down cause fuck the wind

sinathrow or the G throw as i call it ftw

pretty much always doing this exact thing ... never getting any curveball bonus

90% of my curveball bonuses so far came from accidently doing a tiny bit of a spin when trying to throw straight forward

also i walked down the street to a popular area and got really bored catching weak **** at lures
tons of people around playing it

for like 30 mins i caught shit at like 5 lures, nothing but pidgey/rats/ekans/ other common low cp stuff

made me wanna stop playing the game so i went home

thing that makes me want to quit is that i live in the middle of nowhere, 1 pokestop within 2 miles of my house, & always shit pokemon spawn
each time ive drove 1-2 hours to go adventure & play, the servers ended up being down 90% of the time
slowly giving up on wanting to travel to play

i can walk like 2 blocks away where theres like 20 or so in a line, but its still alot of walking. i went there twice but i always stop half way cause people place like 5 lures at the half way point and like 100 or so people just hang out there catching stuff

im almost out of pokeballs because of this, 1st world problems. also yea i thought about driving some where with water but the server being down this morning made me not do it. maybe i should just make plans where getting water pokemon would just be a bonus, that would make the most sense tbh. but then again if theres a shit load of new things to catch... would i even have time to do other shit!? lol, game is hard.

that is rly shitty though. like you dont even have at least ~3-4 closeish to eachother?


you could try asking for stops near you or try to submit some with pictures + descriptions of the public objects you want made into stops + let them know there isn't much around you for pokestops
