It's not available in Canada yet but you can try this..
You need to make a new Apple ID in the American store. Set it all up, use valid info, search for an American address and zip code online or use one you know. Then search Pokemon go in the App Store and download it. This is currently working, and don't worry about ban because you can always make a second google account and continue playing. Haven't gotten band yet, probably won't. Servers think I downloaded the app in American and came to Canada and started playing
If u need a USA address Google any McDonalds or Wal-Mart or something just to get an address or pm me and I'll give u mine to use
