So i found a nidoking cp 108, it was one of the better pokemon i found in terms of the evolve chart. i found higher cp pokemon like a 141 bellsprout and 120 Fearow

should i start using my resources and powering him up or wait until i get a higher level and find higher cp pokemon?

i haven't powered any of my other pokemon up yet, and i was just wondering if i should start with nidoking since he is a teir 3 pokemon.

Save up all your exp, the main focus should be on your characters level, not the Pokemon. The higher level your character is, the better Pokemon it will encounter, save up all exp.
