See how the left side pokemon has CP higher than right side pokemon

However left side pokemon has lower arc-bar length

What gives?

I also included their moves, could this have something to do with it?

I assuming...
When you catch a higher cp pokemon it will have more potential to power up than a pokemon that you may have caught at a previous lvl (for example lvl 13 compared to lvl 9)

Also your poling on the right has the xs above weight meaning it has less HP but faster attacks

I am pretty sure I heard somewhere that not all pokemon from the same species is created equal, so the one on the left is more powerful than the one on the right

the arcbar just means how much more you can power up the pokemon (increase CP) before it caps. obviously if you catch it at a higher CP you won't have much more room to power it up

Once you cap it, you evolve it to get a higher evolved CP then you can power that evolution up
