Made a purchase and have an issue with it but before I can send them a email about it I have to give them my order number for the purchase, and they have not emailed that to me so I'm not sure where to find it.

Are u talking about pokemon go? Check your gmail email account to find a receipt maybe

I finally got the email and the charge finally showed up on my card ~20 hours after the purchase.
