I'm currently in Japan. What do I need to do to get the code for kimias gardevoir??

I think you would need a japanese game and/or 3ds, because of region lock. next step is probably looking for how the serial code was being distributed. most likely at a pokemon center or a Competition like Worlds or Nationals

I know it's being distributed at 711 as well but Idk if it's just like a North American one where you just ask for the card or if there's some reqs to meet.
