Go with Rock Slide. Because of your weakness (especially against Flight type) it's the best for coverage against your counters.
Also a jolly nature would be better than an adamant one to outspeed as many opponents as possible.

What would I drop for slide?
I'm running adamant to get max damage with the scarf.

He's not a high tier, but for what I'll be using him for rock slide might be better over iron tail.

Iron tail, yes.
Those fairies have enough problems with Gunk Shot and additionally you got the Toxic effect.
