all in all it looks quite fine. Entry hazard, booster,special sweeper, phys. sweeper etc. (So all those tactical part) is part of the team.
But in my opinion, I would replace Excadrill. Just in the sandstorm I like this one because of his speed.
I like those pranksters the most, like Klefki. A nice entry Pokemon. (No stealth rocks then)
If you really want those rocks, think of Aerodactyl.
A spinner in the team is fine, but a shield against hazards is also nice. So think about Espeon with its shielding ability magic guard. A nice and fast alternative to kingra for the special sweeping part.
As annoyer (the function of your fairy) I would take another one. Nothing against those evolith users.. But I think water types may cause a problem for you. You have to predict that. Either with weather or with absorb or with electric types. Rotom or Vaporeon are nice.
