I know this is pretty old, but I`m trying to solo all these dungeons, but I just can`t get past the last Ice Temple mission.

I have a piplup:

Assist level: 4
Recovery level: 3
Power level: 4

Donphan:

Assist level: 3
Recovery level: 3
Power level: 2

Hitmontop:

Assist level: 2
Recovery level: 4
Power level: 3

Please tell me which pokemon I should use, and what level I should farm for AP
