I want to learn about breeding and stuff but everywhere i go to learn about it i feel mentally deficient.

This is my first egg that hatched on pokemmo and these are the IV's and I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT "0-31" means
I know 0 is bad and 31 is the best but when it says "0-31" i'm completely lost.

I don't play this but I'm pretty sure that's just a range that each iv could potentially be

To all pro breeders IV`s mean everything to the world to them. When it says 0-31 that`s the amount of bonus stats you get in a category. When a pokemon has one IV it means that it has 31 bonus stat points in that category. The ones that pro breeders and pro trainers are after are 6 IV`s which means +31 in every category (Attack, Defense, Sp. Attack, Sp. Defense, Speed, HP) hope this helps.

This. The more you level the pokemon, the more accurate the 0-31 will get. At level 100 the IV's will be 100% accurate at what they are. Even along the way you should be able to tell what they are from the ranges it keeps switching from.

I want to thank everyone here for their wonderful help. I did find out that leveling makes them more accurate and the fact that I got replies makes me smile. You guys are the best.
