My all time fav would have to be Johto(silver/gold). I was a fan of the Pokemon 2000 movie with Lugia, the flute theme was just so good. Being able to beat Johto and move onto Kanto and ultimately running into the legendary Red in an all out 6v6 battle was probably the most thrilling part of my pokemon days. I still remember how beast his snorlax was.
