So I barely bought my 3DS this past weekend and I know I'm definitely buying the new pokemon when it comes out on the 21st.

My question is, If I buy Omega Ruby and my friend has Alpha Sapphire, can we still trade and battle each other?

i could go on...

Guess this might answer my question if I ever traded or battled or played any of those games.
