i don't think any pokemon demo is worth playing. why would you need to demo it? never played a pokemon game before?
unless you want the megastones that you get from the demo, then yes its worth it

Do you not get the mega stone any other way?

I heard you can only get the glalie megastone from demo

for about 30 minutes of play you get a megastone with a pokemon, 10 pokeballs, 10 heal balls, and 5 heart scales to start the game.

seems worth it regardless.
