And did you mean you are including BL pokemon as being allowed? Because BL is still considered OU as it is banned from UU

I said the rest has to be UU or below and including the borderline tiers. That was the tourney rules. To my local store BL is the not part of OU and is useable. Only restrict is just 1 OU and the rest has to be under. Should have just phrased it like that
