Paying 100 fg to EV my pokemon in the manner I want.

252 Attk EV (100 Current)
252 Speed EV (100 Current)
4 HP EV

Jolteon:
252 Sp Attk (1xx+ EV)
252 Speed EV (1xx EV)

Its really easy to ev train in X and Y, I'd do it but don't have the game yet.
