he was still pretty much a mammal though; can't really imagine a bug pokemon not looking like a bug

I'm thinking this one is going to be the normal evolve.
Just because of the name Ninfia, which breaks the eon elements :l
I always thought he'd eventually have a norm evolve like Eveking or something xD

japan never used eon in the names to begin with so it was never dropped
there is localized name given yet

Never cared enough to follow the Japanese side of the names, sorry.
Just saying here, it's always been eon with some meaning of element to it's names.
