trying to breed my shiny red gyrados with a ditto to make a gold magikarp, but the real question is, what else can a magikarp/gyrados breed with? im hoping i can breed it with a quaqasire and then breed that with like a geodude and then geodude with a machop or something lol, try to get shinies of all types from it

so far ive goten 20 failed attempts from the slutty ditto. its funny how ditto is used for babies from all types, gota be getting sore from that huge ass gyrados

ive never had a shiny other than red gyrados and this makes me sad

24 times or more already, its gota work !

I'm pretty sure breeding and the chance of getting a shiny is random, if you're playing one of the newer versions, there is a way to catch shiny's pretty easily, just takes some patience

that dumb radar thing or w/e? ive goten that up to like 40 or so and then i fuck it up but i might go back to trying that, i havn't rly given it that great of a chance, but is there any way on soul silver or heart gold?

i think im gona give this egg thing like 100 tries because seen alot of people say that 1/64 is the chance you get from breeding a shiny with a regular, i like those odds way better than 1/8000 or so

Best way to get shiny's is to take your curent shiny with you as your first pokemon and run through the grass that has the pokemon you want. (only for 1st two generation games)
