What packs can you buy from the store right now that are the best that cost max 10 dollars? I mean if you want to try to open cards to make a profit ?

My son tried that, but he lost so much money doing it that he just keeps it sealed in his closet and increase his position size. He makes more money selling candy to his classmates instead of hustling Pokemon cards.

mega evolutions or destined rivals imo...
