I even have some 100% ones but as I said it doesn’t matter at all since the stats randomize after trade^^ so only thing u can do is raise friendshiplvl before the trade since that has influence on the cap of new stats after the trade 👍🏼 I have shinies too but would advise to first lvl up friendship so u get a higher stat one. In Addition think about the location of the trade (where are u from and can u jump or does the other party need to come to your location)?

The IVs get randomized but the level doesn't change so there is still a floor on how low a gyarados can fall in a trade.
