But right now, the tournaments are not in the game. It is still only in beta after all. They have not introduced a lot of the things you will be using to earn more boosters and cards other than buying the boosters in stores. But on the other hand, you can go on eeebay and purchase codes for new boosters for like only a dollar each or less.
I see and thanks for the response. So unless they make it so you can actually get boosters and cards for free from just playing, this wouldn't sound like the game for me really unless there was some single player aspect of the game separate from the multi. Was hoping it would be something like, you have a starter deck. You go fight other players. If you win, you win a few cards or a booster.
Just like in MTGO, you can get boosters and cards much much cheaper than what they would sell it in the MTGO store. Really hoped this would be different, but hey I understand companies need to make money =)
