nice where do you find it?

yh i have ferrothorn as my wall and its beast can stall quite well

Route 13. Surf in north direction to a grotto.
In the forest area you need to go in a clockwise direction until the middle. There is a dry lake to find. Suddenly pulls a snow storm. Here it goes a bit further up to a cave. And there it is.
