Alright, I'm not allowed to link it here, so I'll bring the idea here. It is called a Scramble Challenge, and here is a definition:

You may also be given certain guidelines, limitations, and restrictions concerning the Pokemon, usually by the person who suggested the Pokemon themselves. It encourages you to think outside the box and make the most of what you are given.

I personally find this kind of gameplay interesting. With that being said, would people here be interested in these kind of teams?
