Pokes gotta be level 80 and legit. Gameplay has to match accordingly with the way you trained your Pokes. ( 20 hour game play and you can't get 6 level 80s with the correct egg moves / movesets / type etc)

So I have to train these asshole Pokes from scratch and everything.

Also, whats a good wall?

I remember getting volcarona to lvl 100 so quickly just because it's such an OP pokemon
Are you allowed to use any pokemon including legends?

I personally use Jellicent as my sp wall since it has a nice movepool
I'm not fond of this gen's physical walls but I think that your Carracosta should do the trick or get a Cofagrigus
