I got my 1st and (so far only) 10 km egg when I was lvl 15.

My mate was just lucky, he plays legit, just like I do.
My brother got his 10 km egg when he was lvl ~11 or 12. Some other friends when they were lvl ~12 aswell

I think its just based around luck lol

Did they fix it so it's much harder to play the game while driving in a car?
last week I was playing the game whenever I was in the car no problem, but ever since a few days ago it is so hard because whenever I click on a pokemon the game just freezes. Sometimes I get the pokemon and sometimes I need to restart the app.
The internet is fine, so it must be the servers are struggling or they fixed it so it's hard to get a pokemon at a face speed.

its probably just the servers...this is why they havent even released in Japan yet...they stated their servers could barely hold during USA release,
