That's one hell of a list of interesting Pokemon.
My priorities as follows:
Ray > Darkrai > Mew > Thundurus > Latios.
Ray is one of the more rare Research shiny legends. More common ones go for ~750 but Ray is at least twice or even up to trice that.
Darkrai I've recently managed to buy so it's no longer top in my list, but GBL Darkrai is very cool regardless, we're talking something between 1 & 2k, maybe 1.5ish.
Mew even at lvl 16 is interesting, but I would not be paying tons for it. They are really hard to trade for profit when no longer in GO and not untouched. Idk what you value it at.
Thundurus and Latios are lowest priority from your list, but If you're up to doing trades over multiple weeks were talking around ~800 for Thundurus and maybe 500-600 for Latios.
